Mulcahy, who served as AD from 1998-2008 reflects on hiring Greg Schiano as Rutgers football head coach in 2000, the challenges of working in athletics at Rutgers and his eventual removal from the position. He touches on his successful hirings and biggest challenges, RU's eventual admission to the Big Ten and his regrets about the men's basketball program.
